Pim-Issie is the female designer and starter & founder of the Studio Unicps label.
She graduated in fashion design at the Academy of the Arts in Arnhem (Artez).
Since 2001 Studio Unicps has their own design studio in the centre of Arnhem.
Her experience as a free-lance designer led her to hone her skills in customizing and reinventing textiles and clothing, to design collections with an eye for the environment and identity. And also to set up workshops and courses for a variety of schools and centres.

Styling and design experience

As a designer she has done various assignments, bridal and eveningwear, designs and styling.
She styled the Unicps shows, fashion shoots and also all tv items about Unicps.
Her experience in this field and as a designer led her to be asked as a fashion and visual marketing teacher.
Studio Unicps designed also ecological ready to wear collections.

Workshop, course, lectures and teaching

Studio Unicps also has given lectures on environment and sustainability in fashion.
Studio Unicps has worked for primary schools, colleges, art academies and other organisations.
Their projects and workshops have involved setting up (re-)design and customize programmes and activities.

Unic-Pieces Shop

The unic-piece collections sold were made up of unique—one of a kind—items and limited editions that were exclusively made in the Unicps studio.

Together with IT Doesn´t Matter , they have set up the Uniq Colours eShop .
Uniq Colours is an ethical online eShop for Fashion & Art lovers, as well as a plaform for Fashion & Art creators with a focus on hand-made, re-used, sustainable and unique vintage products.
