Wuhan is mad about little sister Arnhem

May 18th 2007 - Wuhan - Big sister Wuhan in China, home to millions, is mad about her small sister city Arnhem, the Netherlands. Mayor Li Xiansheng gave the warmest of welcomes to the Dutch delegation of fashion designers, models, musicians and business men and women that arrived in his city yesterday.

Mayor Xiansheng not only gets on really well with Mayor Pauline Krikke he was most interested in the other members of the trade delegation that travelled to Wuhan earlier this week.

In fact it is quite remarkable that the mayor of Wuhan goes to all tables to adress everyone seated there, the Councillor for Economic Affairs, Mrs. Rita Weeda, remarked after the reception.
